By accessing or using NextHire AI (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be legally able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

3. Free Tier & Fair Use

We may offer a free tier with usage limits. We reserve the right to prevent abuse and to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

4. Payments, Billing & Taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial months, downgrades, or unused time, except where required by applicable law. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing; no refunds are provided for the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including (but not limited to) illegal activity, harassment, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service’s operation.

7. Content & AI Outputs

You retain rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing and using them appropriately. We do not guarantee outcomes (e.g., job placement).

8. Privacy

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Notice (if applicable). We do not sell your uploaded documents; they are processed to provide results and may be stored temporarily as needed.

9. Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part) at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NextHire AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
